Donate to Our Department
State budget cuts in recent years have greatly decreased our operating budget. We continue to grow our department in terms of research programs and the number of Ph.D. and M.S. students we serve; however, private funds are increasingly essential for many areas of our program.
- We will be celebrating our Golden Jubilee in 2009. Please consider making a special gift for this event.
We accept general donations for our discretionary use and donations earmarked for specific programs including travel, research, and teaching. There are two ways to give:
- Give online through the secure Gift Web Site. You can donate using a credit card or check. Be sure to indicate the Department of Entomology in the Other Designation field of the Gift Information section. If you wish to restrict your gift to some specific use, please indicate that as well in the Other Designation field.
- Print the Donation Form and mail it with your check to Department of Entomology; Virginia Tech; 216A Price Hall - MC-0319; Blacksburg, VA 24061 and make your check out to Virginia Tech Foundation, Inc.
If your employer has a matching gift program, please provide that information. Also, indicate if you would like us to acknowledge you as a donor on this page.
